Product details

The Waterworks D5 is a floor-standing water cooler that connects straight to your mains water, so there are no bottles to order, store or lift. It suits offices, staff rooms and workplaces where the cooler can sit near a water line and a power point.

Choose Room & Cold for chilled plus room-temperature water, or Hot & Cold for chilled plus hot water for tea and coffee, with a safety-lock hot tap.

What does installation involve?

A plumber connects it to your cold water supply following local plumbing rules and fits a certified pressure limiting valve, which Waterworks requires for the warranty. It also needs a power point within reach of the 1.5 m cord.

Hot and cold or room and cold: which should I choose?

Hot and cold models add a 1.8-litre stainless steel hot tank (about 84 to 89°C) with a safety-lock tap, handy for tea and coffee. Room and cold models give chilled water plus room-temperature water.

Can I add a filter to the D5?

Yes. The D5 is compatible with the optional Waterworks Plug-N-Play (PNP) filter system. A filter is not included as standard.

What warranty does the D5 have?

3 years (36 months) parts and labour from Waterworks. Using reverse osmosis or the wrong filtration can void the warranty.

How much is delivery?
