These terms apply when you use watercoolerstore.com.au (Water Cooler Store) or buy from us. The store is operated by Rainlover Group Pty Ltd trading as Water Cooler Superstore ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping & Returns policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.
2. Products and information
We try to make sure product descriptions, specifications, images and prices are accurate. Images are for illustration, and colours and finishes can vary slightly. Manufacturers may change specifications without notice. If you need a specific detail confirmed before buying, please contact us.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
- Payment is taken when you place your order.
- If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.
4. Orders and availability
An order is accepted when we confirm it. Our products ship from supplier warehouses, so stock can occasionally run out after you order. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we'll contact you, and you can choose to wait, change your order or cancel for a full refund.
5. Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns and warranty
Returns, refunds, the 20% restocking fee for change-of-mind returns and warranty claims are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy.
7. Installation and use
Plumbed-in coolers and drinking fountains must be installed by a licensed plumber, following the manufacturer's instructions and local plumbing rules. Filters should be replaced at the intervals the manufacturer recommends. We're not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or lack of maintenance, except where the law says otherwise.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any product is limited to replacing or repairing it, or refunding what you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where the Australian Consumer Law says we are.
9. Website use
Content on this site, including text and images, belongs to us or our suppliers and can't be copied without permission. You agree not to misuse the site.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
