About Us
Cold water, sorted. Since 2003.
Water Cooler Store is the online shop of Water Cooler Superstore, supplying Australian workplaces, schools and public spaces since 2003. We started with a simple idea: businesses should be able to own a quality commercial water cooler outright, without being locked into rental contracts or paying for bottle deliveries forever.
Thousands of organisations later, that's still what we do.
What we do
We supply commercial drinking fountains, water coolers and filtration systems from brands we trust, mainly Aqua Cooler and Waterworks. Both are designed for Australian conditions and backed by Australian support.
- Bottled water coolers for spots without a water line
- Plumbed-in water coolers that connect to the mains, so there are no bottles to lug
- Drinking fountains and water bubblers for schools, gyms, worksites and public spaces
- Outdoor drinking fountains built to handle parks, schoolyards and sporting grounds
- Filters and replacement cartridges to keep it all tasting right
Who we work with
Offices, schools, councils, construction sites, mines, gyms, hospitals and warehouses. If people need a drink, we've probably got a unit that suits. Whether it's one bench top cooler for a small office or a run of drinking fountains for a school campus, we'll point you to the right gear.
Why buy from us
- You own it. No rental fees, no service contracts, no lock-in.
- Free delivery on orders over $150 (WA $49). Australian owned, delivering Australia-wide since 2003. See shipping and returns.
- Help with installation. We don't install ourselves, but we can arrange a contractor to get your unit hooked up.
- Solid warranties. Most Waterworks water coolers come with a 3-year comprehensive warranty. Terms vary by model, so just ask if you're unsure.
- Trade pricing. Buying for a business, a school or multiple sites? Ask us for a quote.
- Real advice. Tell us about your space and how many people you're catering for, and we'll recommend what actually fits, not just the priciest option.
